Jaens Spa is have two locations in Ubud.

The first is Jaens Spa Ubud, at Jalan Raya Pengosekan, Ubud – Bali.

The second is Jaens Spa Shanti, at Banjar Kumbuh – Desa Mas, Ubud – Bali.

Reservations are highly recommended to easier organize the reservation schedule other ways we have fully booked.

We have many good treatment options and we highly recommend the Bali Relaxation Massage. It is a good relaxation massage by Balinese massage technique relieves stress and tension in your muscles and will leave you oozing with a sense of wellbeing. It achieves this because of the general benefits of massage: it improves your blood circulation, so your organs and skin get more oxygen.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time of your appointment.

Yes. We provide free transportation services within Ubud area and out of Ubud area with low/special charge. Please check location page for further information and let us know if you require our service at the time of booking.

Yes. We provide selection of light meal service at our 3rd floor, Jaens Rooftop Bar & Lounge at additional cost. Guests are not allowed to bring their own meal from outside to Jaens Spa.

We accept cash (US Dollar & Indonesian Rupiah) and for credit cards VISA, Master & JCB. Checks are not accepted.

Yes, we have a room to keep guests’ luggage. Please fully enjoy our spa services. It’s open until 9:00 PM. To get the transfer service to airport please check our transport service page.

Yes, Jaens spa treatment is developed for both male and female guests. We have female and male therapist. It is popular among male guests as well.

For 4 years old or above we have a special treatment for your child, but for 3 years old and below please make sure that there is a nurse or someone who can watch the children.

We don’t have any special treatment for pregnant women.

Jaens spa treatment products are hand made VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) and natural holistic healing spa product and Biokos Martha Tilaar for all facial skin type. If you have specific problem with your skin, please ask at the time of booking.

Yes. Jaens spa provide FREE WI FI service at the lobby area.

We have double room with two bath tub and air conditioner each, so you don’t have worry if would like to have treatment for couple.

Hopefully, you don’t have to cancel. However, plans may change. If you are obliged to cancel, please contact Jaens Spa at least 24 hours in advance. You could also change your reservation to another time if available. Please contact Jaens Spa soon to change your reservation time.

Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed.

Please making payments in advance, for more than 4 guests and more than 2 million transactions.

Thank you very much for visiting Jaens Spa. In these times, we want to ensure our guests a safe environment and enjoy our services with true peace of mind with your body healty protocol.
So without any thought to insult our guest, we are pleased to inform you our new normal rules as bellow:

  1. Greetings with Om Swastyastu.


  1. Temperature checking and applying hand sanitizer will be taken before entering the spa to our team and guests. If your body temperature above 37.5°C, we cannot allow you to enter.

  2. All of our Staff need to use a face mask, The Free masks are intended for those who have not been able to obtain a mask to help protect themselves from the coronavirus (COVID-19)

  3. We allow you to take a shower before your treatment.

  4. If possible, please fill out our on-line registration form before arrival.

  5. Should you have experienced a cough, fever or been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms, we ask that you schedule your appointment 14 days from the last day of those symptoms.

  6. Check out/ Payment; we accept credit cards to help minimize contact of bill handling.

  7. Continuing our standard; we have and will continue to provide each guest a new, single-use item for almost all of our services. We will continue to wash our hands between each guest and sanitize our work areas after each guest.
