"I turned up on the wrong date and it was bucketing with rain, the staff were very kind and rearranged the appointments to fit me in. I had a two hour treatment including massage , scrub and flower bath, excellent . Highly recommend, After treatment its following by a drink and snack. Very professional and friendly staff, they even offer pick up service.Will return."

"Ok, there are lots of choices for massage in Ubud, but I can’t bring myself to explore any more of them because I had one of the best massages of my life at Jaens Spa. These ladies are good at what they do and care about their clients even if the majority of them are just tourists passing through. Eka and Mini were both great and took time and gave a wonderful massage. My partner and I both booked another massage right after the first one! Book ahead to make sure you get the time you want. You can do this easily over WhatsApp."

"Had a wonderful 90 min couples massage by Atik on 3 January, followed by a manicure and pedicure. It was outstanding. The pressure was just as I specified (I’m a former spa director from the USA and I’m very critical of massages). I wanted to take Atik home with me. She was absolutely phenomenal. It was also my birthday and the spa itself purchased me a birthday cake and sang to me at the end of my treatment. I can’t speak enough volumes of this facility. Going back again one last time before we leave this beautiful island."

"My masseuse, Sriasih, was just wonderful and professional. I had the foot reflexology, relaxation massage ending with a body mask and flower bath. The massage was amazing, I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and she really helped to release it completely. I felt very comfortable and wish I could stay longer. Some of the interior could use some renovation, but overall it was very clean and organized. They have lockers where you leave your stuff. The welcome drink and sweet potato snack with tea afterwards was a pleasant surprise. For the price, this place is highly recommended. You will not regret it. Thank you Sriasih for making this experience great!"

Our Valued Customers,
Thank you very much for visiting Jaens Spa. In these times, we want to ensure our guests a safe environment and enjoy our services with true peace of mind with your body healty protocol.
So without any thought to insult our guest, we are pleased to inform you our new normal rules as bellow:

  1. Greetings with Om Swastyastu.

 

  1. Temperature checking and applying hand sanitizer will be taken before entering the spa to our team and guests. If your body temperature above 37.5°C, we cannot allow you to enter.

  2. All of our Staff need to use a face mask, The Free masks are intended for those who have not been able to obtain a mask to help protect themselves from the coronavirus (COVID-19)

  3. We allow you to take a shower before your treatment.

  4. If possible, please fill out our on-line registration form before arrival.

  5. Should you have experienced a cough, fever or been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms, we ask that you schedule your appointment 14 days from the last day of those symptoms.

  6. Check out/ Payment; we accept credit cards to help minimize contact of bill handling.

  7. Continuing our standard; we have and will continue to provide each guest a new, single-use item for almost all of our services. We will continue to wash our hands between each guest and sanitize our work areas after each guest.

We ask for your patience since our team is acclimating to our new service standards and space during this time.
