• This promotion is a collaboration between Jaens Spa Ubud and Pecatu Ubud Villa & Guest House.
• The promotion offers a 10% discount on all treatments at 3 outlets Jaens Spa.
• This promotion is valid only during the month of  Agustus 2024 – Agustus 2025.

2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

• Customers must present the voucher received from Pecatu Ubud Villa & Guest House avail the 10% discount at Jaens Spa.

3.⁠ ⁠Discount Redemption

• The 10% discount is applicable only to the regular price of individual spa treatments at 3 Outlets of Jaens Spa.
• This discount cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts.
• The discount is applicable to spa treatments only and does not include additional services or products.

4.⁠ ⁠Voucher Expiry

• The voucher received from Pecatu Ubud Villa & Guest House is valid for redemption only during the month of  Agustus 2024 – Agustus 2025.
• After Agustus 2025, the voucher will no longer be valid, and the discount cannot be redeemed.

5.⁠ ⁠Booking

• To avail the 10% discount, customers must make a prior booking at one of Jaens Spa Outlets min 2 days before.
• Bookings are subject to availability, and customers are encouraged to book in advance to secure their preferred date and time.

6.⁠ ⁠Changes and Cancellations

• Customers who wish to change or cancel their spa appointment must do so at least 2 days in advance.
• Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the discount.

7.⁠ ⁠Right of Modification

• Jaens Spa reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The terms and conditions of this promotion may be subject to change, and it is the responsibility of the customers to review them periodically.

8.⁠ ⁠Applicable Location

• This promotion is applicable at 3 outlets Jaens Spa in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia.
• The discount cannot be redeemed at any other branch of Jaens Spa.

By redeeming the 10% discount voucher, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Jaens Spa and Pecatu Ubud Villa & Guest House reserve the right to refuse service or discount redemption if any fraudulent activity is suspected.
