Voucher Validity:
This voucher is valid for 1 (one) year, starting from October 2024 until October 2025.
Eligible Treatments:
Voucher is applicable for all treatments offered at Jaens Spa, including but not limited to massages, facials, body scrubs, hair treatments, and other spa services.
Eligible Outlets:
This voucher can be redeemed at all Jaens Spa branches.
How to Redeem:
Customers must present the original physical voucher at the time of check-in.
The discount will be applied to the total bill for the treatments selected, excluding any additional charges such as tax, service fees, or add-on items.

Prior reservation is highly recommended and subject to availability.

Voucher Limitations:

This voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
Exclusions:

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform the spa at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations may result in forfeiting the voucher.
Lost or Damaged Vouchers:
Jaens Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Replacement or reissuance will not be provided under any circumstances.
Modification and Right of Refusal:
Jaens Spa reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
Jaens Spa also reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the voucher if the terms and conditions are not met.
