Terms and Conditions for 10% Discount Voucher

Voucher Name: 10% Discount Voucher for All Treatments
Eligible Purchase: Body Massage & Mask Special Mud Mask Treatment
Applicable Locations: Jaens Spa Ubud, Jaens Spa Shanti, Jaens Spa Triloka

General Terms:

• Voucher Validity: This voucher is valid for use within 60 days from the date of issuance.
• Next Visit Usage: This discount voucher can only be redeemed during the customer’s next visit and cannot be used on the same day as the eligible treatment purchase.
• Discount Scope: The 10% discount is applicable for any treatment services available at Jaens Spa branches (Ubud, Shanti, and Triloka).
• Non-Transferable: The voucher is issued under the name of the customer and is strictly non-transferable to other individuals.
• Minimum Purchase Requirement: No minimum purchase is required for this voucher, making it applicable for all types of services.
• Single Use Only: The voucher can be redeemed only once and will be collected by the spa team during the visit.

Voucher Redemption:

• Outlet Restriction: The voucher can be used at any of the three Jaens Spa outlets: Jaens Spa Ubud, Jaens Spa Shanti, and Jaens Spa Triloka.
  Advance Booking
• Required: To redeem the voucher, customers are encouraged to book their treatments in advance and inform the team about the voucher during the booking process.
• Presentation of Voucher: Customers must present the original voucher (either physical or digital) at the reception desk before starting their treatments.

Voucher Identification:

• If the voucher has a unique identification number or code, it must be verified at the reception desk before the discount is applied.

Exclusions and Restrictions:

• Not Applicable for Promotions: This voucher cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, packages, or discounted offers.
• Excluded Services: The voucher is not applicable to add-ons, retail purchases (such as spa products), or gift certificate purchases.
• No Cash Value: This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other payment methods.
• Lost or Damaged Vouchers: Jaens Spa is not responsible for any lost or damaged vouchers. Replacement will not be issued.
• Right to Refuse Service: Jaens Spa reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the voucher if found to be tampered with, duplicated, or used by unauthorized individuals.

Additional Information:

• Cancellation Policy: If a customer cancels their appointment without prior notice (at least 24 hours in advance), the voucher will be forfeited.
• Voucher Expiry: After the expiry date, the voucher will no longer be valid, and no extensions will be provided.
• Amendments: Jaens Spa reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any amendments will be communicated through Jaens Spa’s official channels.
