Welcome to Jaens Spa! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our valued clients, please read the following Terms and

Conditions carefully before redeeming your discount voucher. By using the voucher, you agree to comply with these terms.

 

1. Voucher Validity:

  • The voucher is valid only for the period specified and cannot be extended beyond its expiration date.
  • Expiry dates are clearly indicated on each voucher and cannot be changed under any circumstances.
  • Vouchers that are expired, lost, or stolen cannot be replaced.

 

2. Voucher Redemption:

  • This voucher can only be redeemed at Jaens Spa branches specified at the time of purchase.
  • The voucher must be presented in either printed or digital form at the reception before commencing any treatment.
  • Prior booking is required to redeem the voucher. Please mention the voucher code while booking.
  • Redemption is subject to availability. We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

 

3. Non-transferable & Non-refundable:

  • The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.
  • The voucher cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or special offers, unless otherwise stated.

 

4. Partial Redemption:

  • If the value of the voucher is greater than the value of the service, the remaining balance will not be refunded or credited.
  • Any additional costs exceeding the value of the voucher will be payable directly at the spa

 

5. Service Limitations:

  • Vouchers are valid only for the treatments specified at the time of purchase.
  • Treatments not covered by the voucher may incur additional charges.
  • Some vouchers may exclude certain services, treatments, or packages.

 

6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

  • If you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
  • Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice will result in the voucher being forfeited.

 

7. Health Conditions:

  • Guests are advised to inform the spa of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment.
  • Jaens Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the guest’s health condition.

 

8. Right to Amend:

  • Jaens Spa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

 

9. Disputes:

  • In case of any disputes, Jaens Spa’s decision will be final.
