Terms and Conditions for Bali Relaxation 90 mins Voucher at Jaens Spa (Go Fit Bali Customers)

  1. Voucher Eligibility:
    • This voucher is exclusively for Go Fit Bali customers.
    • It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
  2. Redemption Process:
    • Customers must present the original voucher (physical or digital) at the reception before the treatment.
    • Prior booking is required. Please contact Jaens Spa in advance to secure your appointment.
    • Mention the voucher code when making a reservation.
  3. Validity Period:
    • The voucher is valid until the stated expiry date. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
    • No extensions will be granted beyond the validity period.
  4. Treatment Inclusions:
    • The voucher is valid for one (1) Bali Relaxation massage session for 90 minutes.
    • The treatment is non-exchangeable with other spa treatments or additional services.
  5. Booking and Cancellation Policy:
    • Reservations are subject to availability.
    • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the voucher.
  6. Usage Restrictions:
    • The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or packages.
    • It is applicable only at designated Jaens Spa locations.
    • Customers should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled treatment time.
  7. Health and Safety Guidelines:
    • Customers with health conditions, injuries, or pregnancy should inform the therapist before the session.
    • Jaens Spa reserves the right to refuse service to individuals deemed unfit for treatment due to medical reasons.
  8. General Terms:
    • Jaens Spa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
    • Any disputes arising from the use of this voucher will be resolved at the sole discretion of Jaens Spa management.
