Terms and Conditions for Redeeming Gift Voucher

Free 1 Hour  Relaxation Foot Massage at Jaens Spa

1. Voucher Validity

This voucher is valid until June 2025.

The voucher must be redeemed within the validity period. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

This voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the original recipient or bearer.

The voucher is valid for one person and one-time use only.

3. Booking and Redemption

Advance booking is required to redeem the voucher. Please call or WhatsApp Jaens Spa at +6282144439147 to make a reservation.

Mention the voucher code during the booking process and present the physical or digital voucher upon arrival.

Walk-ins without prior booking are not eligible for voucher redemption.

4. Service Details

The voucher entitles the bearer to a free Relaxation Foot Massage for 1 hour.

The voucher is only valid for the specific service mentioned and cannot be exchanged for other treatments or cash.

5. Restrictions

The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or packages.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify Jaens Spa at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the voucher.

7. Liability

Jaens Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Duplicates will not be issued.

Jaens Spa reserves the right to refuse voucher redemption if there is any suspicion of fraud or misuse.

8. Partner Sponsorship Conditions

This voucher has been distributed as part of a sponsorship program and cannot be sold or exchanged for monetary value.
