To ensure a seamless experience, please carefully read and understand the following terms and
conditions.
1. VOUCHER ELIGIBILITY & VALIDITY
• The 50% discount voucher is valid for all individual spa treatments offered at Jaens
Spa.
• This voucher CANNOT be used for:
o Discounted or promotional bundles.
o Retail product purchases at Jaens Store.
• The voucher is valid only for treatments booked and redeemed within the specified
validity period:
1 February 2025 – July 31, 2025.
• The voucher is valid for a one-time use per person and cannot be shared, transferred, or
duplicated.
2. RESERVATION & REDEMPTION POLICY
• Advance booking is mandatory to redeem the voucher. We highly recommend
reserving your spa appointment at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to secure availability.
• Reservations must be made directly with Jaens Spa via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
This voucher cannot be used for third-party or online travel agent (OTA) bookings.
• When booking, kindly mention that you will be using the 50% discount voucher and
present the voucher (physical or digital version) at the spa reception before the
treatment.
• The discount applies only to the treatment price and does not include taxes, service
charges, or additional fees.
• If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be reduced accordingly,
and the full voucher value will be considered redeemed.
• If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior cancellation, the voucher will
be forfeited and cannot be used again.
3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
• Guests who wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment must inform the spa at least
24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result
in voucher invalidation.
• If rescheduling is approved, the voucher remains valid within the original expiration date.
4. PAYMENT & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
• Any additional treatments or services requested that exceed the voucher value must be
paid separately at the standard spa rates.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and is strictly non-refundable.
• The voucher does not cover gratuities (tips) or additional amenities, such as food,
drinks, or supplementary spa services.
5. ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
• The voucher is valid for both domestic and international guests.
• Only one voucher can be used per transaction per visit. Multiple vouchers cannot be
combined.
• This voucher cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, gift certificates, or
membership discounts.
• Jaens Spa reserves the right to decline voucher redemption if the terms and conditions
are not met.
• The management of Jaens Spa reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at
any time without prior notice.
