Offer Details: The Buy 2 Get 1 Free Relaxation Foot Massage promotion (“Promotion”) applies to the purchase of a single foot massage session at Jaens Spa, and entitles the purchaser to receive one additional foot massage session of equal for free. This Promotion is specifically designed for three different people.
Voucher Submission: The voucher will be sent no earlier than 24 hours from the form submission. Voucher deliveries are only made on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Eligibility: This Promotion is open to all customers of Jaens Spa, subject to availability and appointment scheduling. Employees and immediate family members of Jaens Spa are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. This Promotion is a one-time offer and can only be redeemed once.
Redemption Process: To redeem the free foot massage session, customers must fill out the form and get the unique voucher via email, then mention and show the Voucher Promotion at the time of booking their initial appointment. Both foot massage sessions must be scheduled and redeemed within a reasonable timeframe as determined by Jaens Spa.
Non-transferability: The free foot massage session is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other products or services. The free foot massage session must be redeemed by the same individual who purchased the initial foot massage session.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: In case of cancellation or rescheduling, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the free foot massage session at the discretion of Jaens Spa management.
Limitations: This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. The Promotion is limited to one redemption per customer.
Spa Etiquette: Customers are required to adhere to Jaens Spa’s general terms and conditions and spa etiquette, including but not limited to punctuality, respectful behavior towards staff, and maintaining a quiet and peaceful environment.
Modification and Termination: Jaens Spa reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Jaens Spa management shall be final and binding.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bali, Indonesia, and any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bali, Indonesia.
