1. Voucher Validity
This voucher is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of issue.
The voucher must be redeemed within the validity period. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility
This voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the original recipient or bearer.
The voucher is valid for one person and for one-time use only.

3. Booking and Redemption
Advance booking is required to redeem the treatment voucher.
Please call or WhatsApp Jaens Spa at +62 811-3990-5109 to make a reservation.
Mention the voucher code during the booking process and present the physical or digital voucher upon arrival.
Walk-ins without prior booking are not eligible for voucher redemption.

4. Discount Details
This voucher entitles the bearer to a 25% discount on any spa treatment available at all Jaens Spa outlets.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Restrictions
This voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, or discounts.
No specific treatment exclusions apply.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify Jaens Spa at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the voucher.

7. Liability
Jaens Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Duplicates will not be issued.
Jaens Spa reserves the right to refuse voucher redemption in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

8. Partner Sponsorship Conditions
This voucher has been issued as part of a sponsorship collaboration between Jaens Spa and Lumina Aesthetic Clinic and is not for resale or exchange for monetary value.

9. Other Terms
Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
