1. Promotion Details
This voucher is issued for the Jaens Spa Brand Ambassador (BA) program.
The voucher entitles the holder to a 25% discount on all treatments at all Jaens Spa
outlets in Ubud, Bali.
This promotion is valid from June 2025 to June 2026, unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility
This voucher is initially issued to the designated Jaens Spa Brand Ambassador.
The BA may share the voucher with colleagues or other individuals, provided the holder
presents the voucher (physical or digital) at the time of redemption.
Jaens Spa may request verification of the vouchers authenticity (e.g., voucher code or BA
authorization) to ensure valid use.

3. Discount Redemption
The 25% discount applies to the regular price of all spa treatments at Jaens Spas Ubud
outlets.
The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
The discount is applicable to spa treatments only and does not include retail products or
additional services.
The voucher may be used for multiple visits during the validity period, subject to booking
availability.

4. Voucher Expiry
The voucher is valid for redemption from June 2025 to June 30, 2026.
After June 30, 2026, the voucher will expire, and the discount cannot be redeemed.

5. Booking
To redeem the 25% discount, the voucher holder must make a prior booking at any Jaens
Spa outlet at least 1 day in advance.
Bookings are subject to availability, and holders are encouraged to book early to secure
preferred dates and times.
Mention of the BA voucher must be made at the time of booking to ensure discount
application.

6. Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations to spa appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance
to avoid inconvenience.
The voucher remains valid for future bookings even if an appointment is cancelled or
rescheduled.

7. Right of Modification
Jaens Spa reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time with prior
notice to the BA.
Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated to the BA directly.

8. Applicable Location
This promotion is valid at all Jaens Spa outlets in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia.
The discount cannot be redeemed at any other Jaens Spa branches outside Ubud.

9. Additional Terms
The voucher is intended for personal or shared use as authorized by the BA.
Jaens Spa reserves the right to refuse service or discount redemption if misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

By redeeming this voucher, the holder agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
