Jaens Spa Is founded by a Balinese couple who interest in beauty and wellness they use Balinese philosophies to achieve a state of balance between your mind, body, and soul.
Jaens was launched to create a completely new wave in the wellness industry. Nearly a decade ago, there was no similar massage service in Bali. Our mission was to promote a healthy lifestyle through affordable massage and professional family spa services in a convenient location.
As it turned out, people really loved this idea.
In addition to professional massage services at affordable prices, another key component to our growth has been constant communication with our guests. It’s for this reason that in 2010 we opened our first outlet in Pengosekan Ubud, Bali, which featured Balinese massage style, Foot Relaxing massage, Boreh Bali, Flow Healing Massage, Hot stone massage, beauty care including hair and face care.
Jaens Spa offers an exclusive selection of treatments featuring techniques and ingredients that reflect traditional Balinese approaches, employing gifts of nature including silken oils, soothing fragrances, and lush vegetation. This sublime convergence of local ancient and modern-day JAENS products gives guests a true appreciation of the beauty and mysticism of the Balinese culture.
All JAENS treatments are authentic and all our therapists are highly qualified with excellent training in our training and development center. They have also received further certification from the “Indonesian Professional Certification Authority” for their competency as a professional therapist, had long years of experience in the spa sector, and regularly updated techniques.

We also believe in investing in our employees and promoting them from within the organization. Most of our senior managers began their careers with flowing like water step by step of the employee journey and continue to be cultural ambassadors.

We appreciate the Balinese community in which we live and feel so grateful to have this beautiful space in Bali. We feel called to give back to our local community and to the world as a whole.
Ensuring our operations respect and take actions for our natural environment, Jaens Spa has recycling policies in place that focus on the Reduce – Reuse – Recycle method. All of our rubbish is collected and separated on-site ready for management by a reputable recycling company in Ubud ensuring reusable and recyclable materials do not end up in landfill. Our Spa no longer use disposable cups
We realize the need to protect our planet and to take advantage of the gifts we have been given, to work towards being of service to others. We give back to our community here in Bali through daily free ‘community classes’, charity fundraising events and health education, and free daily yoga classes for staff.
Every day we have one-hour free classes for the community which is our way of saying thank you! Classes include yoga, meditation, and lectures on health, astrology, or spirituality.
These classes are offered “by donation” so that guests who wish to contribute and can afford to do so can give at their personal discretion.
We believe in making the communities where we operate becoming better places to live, work, and visit. Through volunteerism, fundraising, cash, and in-kind donations, our teams are impassioned to do well and create a meaningful advantage in their communities. In addition, we work together with our connections, suppliers, business partners, and guests to actively reduce the environmental impact of and risk to our business by constructing and operating sustainable movement.
All proceeds from community classes throughout the year are donated to local charities or causes or as emergency relief funds.
The most fun and happy life are delivering service by genuinely from the heart, big smile to stay relax and comport. It is about striving to do better every day and delighting ourselves.
